Data Deletion Instructions

Active Live is an entertainment platform that values user privacy and data transparency. We do not store unnecessary personal data on our servers beyond what is required for the functionality of our services. However, if you wish to permanently delete your account and associated data, you may do so at any time by following the steps outlined below:

To Permanently Delete Your Active Live Account:

  1. Open the Active Live mobile application.
  2. Navigate to your Profile Page.
  3. Tap on Settings.
  4. Select the Account section.
  5. Click on the Delete Account option.
  6. Confirm the deletion by tapping "Confirm" when prompted.

Once confirmed, your account and all associated personal data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our servers. This action cannot be undone.

To Request Deletion of Personal Data Only (While Retaining Your Account):

If you wish to remove your personal data but continue using your account, please write to us at activelive15@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your username in the message body. We will process such requests within 7 business days.

Please note that minimal transactional records may be retained as required under applicable laws for regulatory or legal compliance.
